This policy explains what information ATM - ALL THE MONEY stores, how it is used to operate wallet-connected campaign and reward features, and what a user can expect when interacting with the platform.
We collect information required to operate the ATM node, airdrop workflow, wallet sessions, and admin tooling. This may include wallet address, session identifiers, account role, account status, order records, campaign records, and payout history.
Wallet information is used to authenticate sessions, check campaign eligibility, confirm trustlines, process reward or airdrop requests, and protect the platform from abuse, duplicate payout activity, or suspended account access.
When a client submits an airdrop order, the platform stores the submitted issuer, currency, requirements, funding details, broker references, payment state, delivery statistics, and related administrative history needed to operate and audit the campaign.
The ATM node and payout engine maintain logs for uptime, campaign processing, payout reconciliation, and security review. These logs may contain wallet addresses, order references, transaction identifiers, and system event details.
Platform data is shared only as needed to operate wallet providers, XRPL interactions, payout processing, hosting infrastructure, and administrative review. The application does not sell user data.
Records may be retained as long as needed for campaign reporting, payout auditing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or support investigation. Some blockchain-related activity is also permanently visible on public ledger infrastructure.
Reasonable technical controls are used to protect stored application records and runtime configuration. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their own wallet devices and signing access.
